Malta compliance
All short-let properties in Malta must be registered with the Malta Tourism Authority. We handle the application, documentation, and ongoing renewal as part of your onboarding.
Malta's eco tax applies to all paying guests. We handle collection, receipting and quarterly remittance so you're always compliant.
VAT-registered short-let operators charge 7% on bookings and remit to government. We handle this as part of our financial management service.
Airbnb charges 15% commission in Malta; Booking.com charges 18%. We manage platform requirements so your listings stay live and penalty-free.
