Where do you manage properties?+
Across mainland Malta — from Valletta and the Three Cities to the north, south, and central regions. We don't currently cover Gozo.
Do I need to be based in Malta?+
Not at all. Many of our owners are based overseas. We handle everything end-to-end and send regular reporting so you're always in the picture.
How do you handle maintenance?+
We work with trusted local contractors. Routine fixes we handle directly; anything larger always gets your approval first with full cost transparency.
Which platforms do you list on?+
Primarily Airbnb and Booking.com, with synchronised calendars to prevent double bookings. We tailor the mix to your property type and target audience.
